• Use Trac to stalk, monitor, harass, or track any individual without their explicit, prior written consent.
• Install the software on any device you do not legally own or have explicit authorization to manage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the "Theft Mode" evidence logging features.

3. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

While Trac is designed to significantly increase the probability of locating and recovering a lost or stolen device, you acknowledge that successful recovery is dependent on external conditions (including internet connectivity, battery life, device status, and law enforcement support). Trac AI (Pvt) Ltd. provides its services "as is" and is not liable for the recovery of your physical assets, loss of data, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

4. Subscription Terms & Cancellations

Access to advanced remote security features requires a paid subscription. Billing is managed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. All refund requests are governed by the respective platform policies of the Google Play Store.
